Foster said, “Where is my money? I must have American dollars." Kuusinen realized that he was dealing with a very sick man, whom he had to humor. He returned to Moscow, obtained $100.00 in American money, and took the money to Foster, who, upon receiving it, clutched it and held it close to his chest. The CCOPSU is at a loss to know what to do about Foster. It would not be humane, however, to prevent people from seeing him.
