El académico I. Bardin, que fué quien dirigié ese trabajo, escribié en el periddico de la fabrica, “Marté- novka”: “Los metalirgicos de la fabrica “Serp y Mélot’” han obtenido una brillante victoria en la batalla por el tiem- po.
