It has excellent potential for gathering intelligence on sites that are denied to more conventional collection techniques. In FY84, experiments will confirm or deny its infusion into the US intelligence gathering apparatus. The emphasis for FY 84 will be on both improving its reliability and demonstrating its trainability. A major effort will also be expended on expanding its scope from using coordinates to target the remote viewer to a system where a variety of targeting methods can be used. In addition to the existing and developing training program, new methods and approaches to training will be examined. New methods of évaluating results from remote viewing will be sought. (S/NOFORN) The psychokinesis (PK) area will receive considerable attention in FY 84. The emphasis will be on those areas that may be adapted to countermeasures.
