Accordingly, one of my roles is as a faculty advisor on several research papers, ‘I am forwarding one (atch 2) to you in an effort to avoid a repeat of the problems encountered earlier when, due to what is locally described as DIA concern, a paper on this subject went from unclassified, to Classified, to withdrawn. Not knowing the Original concerns, TI have deliberately steered the author away from anything remotely resembling an expose! Hopefully, this is adequate. But, if it was not, I am sending it to you for Agency review in this “almost finished draft" stage.
