In past reports there has been some very general speculation on espionage applications of the technique but to date no definitive reports, US or foreign, have verified the claims of psychics reputed to have the ability. There have been no Soviet or European Communist Countries' reports concerning research on apport techniques and if such research is being conducted, it is a well-kept secret.
