10 June 1975 Uganda: Message to the Priae Minister Thank you for your letter of 9 June with which you enclosed a draft telegram incorporating a aiesaage for the Prime Hi&lstex to send to President Jain. As I told you on the telephone this rooming, the Prime Minister has approved the terras of the proposed message, but would like a sentence inserted referring to the conversations which he had at Kingston with the Head of the Uganda Delegation and the friendly references which he made to hits both about President Arain personally and about Uganda.
