As far as the flights into Stansted are concerned, I think we need to look further into the question of clairain'g that Uganda Airlines are operating for "hire or reward" and that their flights therefore require permits. I recognise that there are risks involved in this course of action, but, even 'i. if we were taken to court, ke should at least have succeeded in stopping the flights in the' meantirae.
