Third, the faculty through its represehtatives, must be continu- ously involved in the consideration of new problems and challenges to the educational experience; it must keip open all lines of communica- tion among the constituent groups of th9 university conmiunity and work continuously for the establishment of a rational consensus on all matters of commbn educational concern.
