Subsequent Weatherman events bavc bccn thc explosion of the New York bomb factory and a fcdcral indictment against 12 charged with violation of the riot laws in connection with thc Chicago L . . L*.-. . . demonstration. 0 - Since last fail Weatherman philosophy has obviously changed from one of mass membership to one of an elite core of tevolutionary terrorists (a kevolutionary vanguard). It cannot be logically supposed , that the New York bomb factory was the only one. Widely circulated in recent wecks is a communfcation from the underground allegedly authored by Bernardine Dohrn, entitled "Declar - . atian of a State of War." Dohrn, who has always been an outspoken Wt*athcrman spokeswoman and is perhaps thc most tabid Ccmalcr radical in thr country.
