Assistant Attorney General Oberdorfer advised that Royall and Blaik and an attorney from Royall's office, Robert Larson, will arrive in Birmingham at 11:30 a,m., Central Standard Time, this morning aboard an AVCO Corporation plane with the tail number, N 420-L. The party will be met at the airport by Birmingham Mayor Albert Boutwell and Chairman of the City Council, a Mr. Wiggins. Mr. Oberdorfer requested that Royall and Blaik be taken by Bureau Agents to the 2121 Building. [> Mr. Oberdorfer requests that the U. §. Marshal's office on the 15th floor of that building be advised of the arrival of Messrs. Royall and Blaik. Mr. Oberdorfer also furnished the telephone numbers of the penthouse apartment in the 2121 Building where the gentlemen will be staying. The numbers are 323-3961 and 323-3159.
