This person, who referred to ASA EARL CARTER as "ACE", stated that CARTER is employed at this company, which is an advertising and printing company, and said that CARTER resides at Oxford, near Anniston, Ala. She said that CARTER does not maintain a local residence at Montgomery, although he does sometimes stay overnight at Montgomery during the work week, staying in different motels and sometimes staying at the residence of Mr. OSCAR HARPER, owner of this agency. The inquiring agent told the employee that he would be out of town until Saturday, and asked where CARTER would most oS likely be on weekends. The employee indicated that : CARTER would undoubtedly be at his residence at Oxford on : weekends.
