Chambliss "and Charles Arnie Cagle. They have not filed any charges against them and they are being held for investigation. Iam reliqbly infotme€that the Alabama Highway Patrol has very little substantial evidence ‘against these \ two individuals. 7 ~ x J These two individuals have been among the principal suspects ’ in the borabings which have occurred in Birmingham. We have interviewed them and their associates a number of times and have also given lie detector ~ tests,to-thenr: They have admitted in our interrogations that tirey had bee in possession of dynamite but beyond that they would maké'nd stetement.
