' The September 5, 1963, Final Edition of the
BIRMINGHAM POST HERALD, Page 5, carried an article,
“Police Inspector Has Busy Morning". The article written
by BILL MOBLEY, stated NSRP members and demonstrators led by
Dr, EDWARD R, FIELDS, Information Director, National. States
Rights Party, demonstrated on the morning of September 4, 1963
at West End High School, where they were dispersed by officers
of the Birmingham Police Department. It was stated that the
group then went to Graymont Elementary School, and that the
group then went next to Ramsay High School. One -
