ment for Hill to plead guilty to
ihe rock assault and receive the;
seven-month sentence.

County Jail here while awaiting
trial and then pending disposi-
tion of his request for probation.
In recommending Probation’
for him, Solicitor Perry called}
attention to the fact that the man
already has been confined in

supervisor, George Raley, who,
will oversee Hill's probution, had
studied his situation snd termed
him a good subject for proba-
