Records of Circuit Court, Bi ngham, Alabama, re-
flected that trials set for CHARLES A CAGLE, JOHN WESLEY HALL
and ROBERT E, CHAMBLISS on June 3, 1964, appealed from Birn-
ingham City Recorders Court, each charged with illegal
possession of dynamite in the city limits of Birmingham,
were passed until June 16, 1964. Information available re-
flected the cases were passed as there were no jurymen
