Convertible in a completely demolished condition in the driveway ~

Tennessee.
On November 5, 1963, anonymous telephone call to
Erlanger Baroness Hospital Informtion Desk determined that
condition was fair.
On November 12, 1963, the Information Desk, Erlanger
Baroness Hospital, advised that (mad been dismissed as a
patient November 6, 1963.
