ALLGOOD has not forgotten the request of the Grand Jurors to hear at least a token summary report concerning the Bapbomb case. He stated the Judge will , undoubtedly bring up the subject matter again prior to 9/10/64 when the current Federal Grand Jury is called back in service. U. S.
