Attorney, Macon Weaver in Birmingham contacted SAC Raymond Faisst and advised that U. &. District Judge Clarence W. | Allgood desires a conference today, 12/30/63, concerning the possibility of giving the current Federal Grand Jury in Birmingham some sort af summary in February, 1964, concerning developments in the bombing of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church.
