SYNOPSIS: Above-mentioned article inaccurately states FBI with- held information concerning captioned case from Mr. Baxley from ; 1971 to 1975. Baxley's initial request, made in 1971, was referred to the Department and Baxley so advised. No reply received from the Department. Request renewed in April, 1975; again referred to the Department and Baxley so advised. Third request received from Baxley in December, 1975; referred to Department and Department authorized dissemination which began promptly thereafter and is continuing.
