He was informed by the SAC, Birmingham, that this was not possible; however, if additional new information was available on which to provide the basis for further F.B.I. inquiry, such information would be received and pursued vigorously. Mr, BAXLEY advised that if Agents were not available to participate jointly as indicated above, he would appreciate if results of certain investigation, particularly results of interviews with suspects, be made available to his office so that any inconsistencies between information provided to Agents to that provided to his investigators could be fully explored.
