U 1- Mr On 6/25/69, Departmental Attorney Gerald Shur, Criminal Division, returned the electronic surveillance logs and related material which had been furnished to Assistant Attorney General Vinson on 1/6/67, Shur stated he was returning this material because it is not needed in the Department at this time and the Department does not have the proper storage facilities for it. He stated it was possible the Department might again wish to have the material at some time in the future.
