BE 157-352 — 1 ADMINISTRATIVE: Considerable information contained in this report bas been previously part of the subject matter of reports submitted under the case captioned “GREENBOMBS" (Bufile 174-35, Birmingham 174-6). Since the GREENBOMBS case occurred subsequent to this case, much of the investigation was a duplication of inveatigation and other activity being con- ducted in connection with this case. Many of the people considered suspects in this case are also considered suspects in the GREEMBOMES case, and the reverse is like- wise true. Consequently, considerable overlap has taken place in the area of named suspects and also in the srea of any investigation involving thefts of dynamite, bomb threats, and related incidents. It is realized that the period of investigation reflected in this report is extensive; however, the inves- tigation was continually maintained in 2 current status during this period and the dissemination of information ser asores was handied in an expedite fashion as were the leads. ; As has been the practice previously, an extra copy of instant report is being retained at Birmingham in the event it becomes necessary to furnish a copy to the U. 8, Attorney.
