day, according to Lingo. The
, “bug,” a small electronic de-
vice capable of transmitting a
' telephone conversation several

Lingo would not disclose the
‘names of the Birmingham citi-
‘zens whose phones were tapped
“for fear of hindering the inves-

“It looks like people don't

if it takes every investigator we
have.”
