I went over the information which we had received and briefed him (i connection with the interview and his activity for about an hour. I believe that the time spent with him was desirable; first, because he is a relatively | new Agent and, secondly, because of the importance of this assignment. It is noted that he, after our discussion, indicated that he was highly honored in being asked to carry out this assignment. Arrangements were made for him to be met at the airport at Nashville by two Agents. They in turn will bring him up to date on any J current developments. The Birmingham Office was instructed to have f. available $200 in the event it was necessary for him to carry out any . | immediate assignment which would require the payment of money on the spot.
