Several individuals interviewed indi t they knew something was wrong with the manner in which HANJOUR and others conducted extensive flight simulator training. In hindsight these instructors wish they had called the FBI to report their suspicions. FBI Phoenix believes that the purpose for these individuals extensive use of the flight simulator was to gain the necessary knowledge to manually control an aircraft in flight.
