ZWILLMAN testified before the 1951 Senate Crime Investigation Committee that " a man nesed WEBER® " was a trustee for him in iand holdings. ZWILLMAN testified before Mr. LARNER that the $20,000 he gave WEBER was & loan. Confronted with the conflict in testimony, LARNER said ZWILLMAN explained he had made an “error in terminology" before the Senate Committee and that the transaction was in fact a loan.
