A. FEESONAL HISTORY AND BACKGROUID
The Vital Statistics records of the city of Newarm,
New Jersey, were checked on December 10, 1957, by SA
——— The record of ZWILLMAN's birth is maintaine n
ook cover ing the period from September, 1903, to February,
1905. The record itself indicates subject's birth date sa
July 27, 1904: however, to the left margin of record, it is
changed to indicate the birth date was July 27, 1905. A
clerk in the Vital Statistics Section examined the record
and advised that the change indicated on the record was to
mean 1905, and fa ali purposes, his date of birth is
officially considered July 27, 1905. The Vital Statistics
records indicated the child, AENER ZWILLMAN, was male,
white, father listed as REUBFN, age 32 in 1905, whose
occupation was given as peddler, country of birth, Russia.
His mother was listed sas ANNIF STAVINSKY, age 27 ir 1005,
born in Russia. The medical attendant at the time of birth
was J. J. RACHLIN (writing practically illegible).
