Be stated that he visits. the ZWILLMAN residence at least weekly mainly to visit MENDELS, MOORE stated that on January 11, 1958, MENDELS had accompanied him to Cornwall, New York where hey visited a former monber of the Newark Fire Department. MOORE stated that he has read newspaper aceomts eonserning ZWILLMAN but that he does not believe them, and Considers MR. ZWILLMAN to be a highly successful businesaman and nothing more. MOORE stated that he felt a strong loyalty to ZWILLMAN and would do nothing to harm him and that he would not assiat in any investigation concerning ZWILLMAN. a MOORE, in speaking of ‘MENDELS, atated that he was 83 years old but was in womderful physical condition for a mer of his age and took a daily long walk regardless of the weather. It should be noted that during ZWILLMAN's income tax trial, testimony of MENDELS was obtained by deposition due co the allegation that he was in poor physical condition. D.
