On April. 23, 1958 sh GEE ont od and reviewed
Petition of Naturalization #2700, at the record vault of the
County Clerk of Essex County, New Jersey. This reoord pertained
to the naturalization of the subject's father, RUBIN ZwILLMAN,
who then resided at 18 Hillside Place. It reflected that RUBIN
ZWILLMAN was born on October 15, 1867, at Skopiniak, Russia,
had left Liverpool on approxinately February is" 1898, and
arrived at New York on February 22, 1898, on the ship St. Paul.
This record further reflects that he was married to ANHIE, who
was born in Russia, and thet at the time of the filing in 1911,
they had five children as follows;

EARL GREENLEAF, Investigator, Imuigration and
Naturalization Service (INS), Newark, New Jersey, advised
on April 29, 1955, that the question of whether or not the
subject was born outside the United States, is academio from
the standpoint of citizenship. GRBENLEAF stated that since the
subject was listed on the above Naturalization Petition he,
as a minor child, automatically became entitied te oitizen-
ship upon his father's naturalization. ‘
