Adamson, its President, were cefendanta in this case, On Janusry 18, 1933, a plea of not guilty was entered and trial was eontinued until March Srd, 1933, On March Srd, 1933, plea of not guilty was withdrawn and a plea of nolo contendere entered as to each defendant. Mark T. Adamson was fined $100.00 and no costs on this date and the corporation was fined one dollar and no costs, Both fines were paid the same date, Disposition sheet covering this case is attached.
