You may be able to obtain a copy of it at your school or local brary. For your information, Capone was sentenced on October 24, 1981, for violation of the Federal income tax lawa which do not come within the investigative jurisdiction af the FBI. He was released from the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island, California, on January 19, 1939, and died on January 25, 1947, at Palm Island, Miami, Florida.
