When he arrived bere, they had not any advice of his proposed visit, end therefore was treated with the customary courtesy extended to visitors, I have now bean officially advised that should Alphonse Capone pay mother visit to Nassan he will be refused permission to land, under the Immigration Act, 1928. The last paragraph of Clause 2 provides, under the title of Undesirables, that such person shall not be ailowéd in the Colony.... “whose presence in the colony would not be conducive to the public good", Further that the Governor in Council has the power to refuse admittance to any peraon 48 may be considered undesirable, which is the cace in this instance.
