District Judge Wilkerson has assigned the 19th instant for hearing of the arguments on the motion to quash, District Judge Wilkeraon has indicated that in the ovont the motion of the defendant's attorneys is over-ruled, this matter will be heard on the 25th instant and states in this connection that counsel for the defend- ant have agreed to produce their client in court in the event the matter comes on for hearing on February 25.
