Clawson, aseistent United States Attorney, during which he state? that it would be necessary to re-open the inquiry, ~ inasmuch as he had received information to the affect that x Canone had been allowed to have visitors other than those who possessed iroper passes for such visits. Ian informed that only six passes have been granted to persons for the purpose of visiting Capone in the County Jail. These six people are said tc be his immediate family and attorneys, Lr, Clawson and I discussed this matter this morning at his office.
