Circuit Court of Appeals reveals that no decision on the appeal of Subject Capone on the sentence imposed by U. S. District Judge Wilkerson on March 2, 1931, has been given. February 26th being the last dey of the January session of this court, it would appear fram the statement of K. J. Carrick, Aseistant Clerk, that the chances for a decision on this case within the next thirty days are very good.
