By letter dated December 31, 1954 the Newark
Office advised that the trial on the income tax evasion
charge against ALRERT ANASTASIA was commenced on October 1s,
1954 et Newark, New Jersey. ANASTASIA was indicted in .
March, 1954 by the Federal Grand Jury on the charge of
eveding payment of $11,742 in income taxes for the years

located in Brooklyn and sold for $25,000 in 1946.

submitting in evidence, but which was admitted in evidence.
