Helen Dukas was born October 17, 1895, tn Germany. She ros \

The tnvestigation of Dukas twas reopened tn October, 1950, upo
:recetpt of information from G-2 dated 9/7/50 to the effect that an
‘unnamed source reported that from 1929 to 1933 Albert Finatetn's Berlin &
\" office vas used as a cable address by the Soviets, and Finstetn's aentor
"secretary (of two secrmetartes) handled the measages ani turned them over
wi. to the Soviets, fhe G-2 report tnitcated to some ertent that Finstein =
Zo did not have knowledge of this activity. The ¢-2 renort named Soviet S

detaile and corroboration, Q-2 has stated that these inituviduals who
may have had knowledge of this operation have either been ligutiated by
