Check type of material used in making the life preservers, items 2, 3 and 4, the pontoon, item 5 and the packet, item number 6, to see if identical with the material in item l. 2. Check life preservers, items 3 and 4, to ascertain if any apparent tlood stains on the items. If same located, ascertain blood type if possible. 3. Check to see if “Rem-Weld" liguid plasti 3 astic con- tained in item 26 was used in making the above life preservers, pontoon and packet. 4, There are submitted three magazines under items 7, 8 and 9, evidently utilized by Subjects in making the life wb 4 preservers and pontoon. Comments are solicited as to how it } appeared they followed the instructions in these articles. ae 7 5. Check the hack saw type blades in items 14, 16 i and 20 and furnish their approximate age, description and manufacturer if possible. 6. Check flesh colored paint in item 18 to see if this was paint used in tinting dummy faces, items 10, 11, 12 - and 13. 7. Check paddles submitted under item 27 to note if they were made from similar material. Also, the paint on th@ paddle, part of the one recovered from gan Francisca Bay, should te checked to see if it is identical to the paint used in the cell block.
