On May 31, 1962, upon checking the inmate clothing he noticed that they were short of olive rubberized raincoats for inmates and he had made out a requisition for three dozen of these to be obtained from the prison warehouse. He said that each of the inmates is issued a raincoat when he arrives. If an inmate turns in one which is old or torn this inmate is issued a new one. He mid that he had not ordered raincoats for inmates for about a year and at that time he had ordered three dozen. He volunteered that he had talked on many occasions . about sports with JOHN ANGLIN as well as CLARENCE ANGLIN.
