The FBI Laboratory advised that the life preservers
recovered from B Cell Block, on Fort Cronkhite Beach, and from
San Francisco Bay; the partially completed pontoon recovered

preservers and placed weights on them. The life preserver
recovered from B Cell Block was discovered to be completely air
