EXPLOSIVES AND INCENDIARY DEVICES
On July 20, 1978, the facts concerning captioned
matter were presented to Assistant United States Attorney
Roger L. Mc Roberts, Northern District of Texas, Lubbock,
Texas. Assistant United States Attorney McRoberts declined
prosecution since the facts in the matter were unattractive
to Federal prosecution.
