On May 6, 156€ Specisi Agents of the Federel Bureau of Investigation observed two men and two womer distributing woter pledge cards at four cifferent intersections on Btate Street in downtown Chicago. The pledge cards called for the recipients to pledge to vote for candidates in 1966 who will work vigorously for peace, The distributing began at 4:30 p.m. May 6, 1966 and ceased at 5:30 p.m. by Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents distributing woter pledge cards at the same locations.
