Appendix Il Program of the National Liberation Front of South Viet-Nam* (On December 20, 1960, the day of its founding, the National Liberation Front of South Viet-Nam issued a manifesto and published its ten-point program, the text of which follows:} Yl. Overthrow the camouflaged colonial regime of the American im- perialists and the dictatorial power of Neo Dinh Diem, servant of the Americans, and institute a government of national democratic union, The present South Vietnamese regime is a camouflaged colonial Tegime dominated by the Yankees. and the South Vietnamese govern- Ment is a servile government, implementing faithfully all the policies of the American imperialists.
