A source advised December 21, 1957 and January 6, 1958 that LZECNARD
BOUDIN, constitutional lawyer and legal counsel for Snergency Civil Libertie
Cormittee, made a speech December 20, 1957, accepting the Fhiladelrphia Assoc:
as a group to work with the national organization. This occurred at a Bill «
Rights Day ce’ 2bration sponsored by tne Philadeiphia Associates, Emergency C:
Lioerties Cormittee, at the Adelpnia dotel, Philadelphia.
A second source advised on May 23, 1962 that the Philadelshia
Agso0ciate3 have .ot “een activa in the past two years, have no current activ
memoersnip and do not vaintain a headquarters in Fhiladelphia.
