; demonstration and peace vigil protesting United States
- intervention in Viet Nam was scheduled to be held in Chicago,
Illinois, on May 30, 1967. According to the source, this
demonstration was to be under the auspices of the Americana
Friends Service Comiittee and was to commence at approximately
5:00 P way 30, 1967, in front of the U.S, Treasury Department
Building, Madison and Dearborn Streets, Chicago, and was to
proceed by way of Dearoorn Street to in Front of the U, S.
State Department Offices, Federal Building, 219 South Dearborn
street, Chicago.
The source advised late PM on May 390, 1957, that
the above peace vigil and devrenstration which reportedly was
to be held in Chicago on May 30; 1967, did not materialive aad
