(Please arrange your owm travel to JF& Airport in New York, on March 3 in order to fit this schedule.) t) 2) 3) 6) _ Just prior to flight time the entire group will leave the chapel together 5) 6) -.9) a) 8) 9) 10) achive ‘at JFK no later than 6:00 p.m. on liarch 3 ‘ Transfer to Icelandic Airline Terminal _ + “a Check in at 6:00 p.m. with baggage, passport and health certificate, and you will receive your ticket. Then go to the Protestant Chapel, a short walk from the Icelandic Airline terminal. There will be an important oricntation session and briefing meeting by the sponsoring organizations at the Protestant Chapel commencing at 7:30 p.m. to go to the Flight gate. ALL members will be on Icelandic Flight #200, Leaving at 9:30 p.m. on Harch 3 and arriving in Luxembourg at 1:00 p.m. on_tarch 4 Transportation will be via DC-8 jet. Dinner will be served after departure. There will be a 45-minute stop. at Reyjavik. After clearing customs and immigration In Luxembourg, Conference members Will be transferred to chartered busses for a non-etop trip to Paris. These busses will take you to your hotels, resp. Crand Ilotel tiederne, and Hotel Garnter. After the Conference the return busses will depart from Paris on March 10, leaving at 6:30 a.m. and arriving ot Fidel airport, Luxembourg for the re- turn flight. Check in with baggage, passport and ticket. At this point you will be required to pay a $2.00 Luxembourg Airport tax. Departure on iirch 10 on Icelandic Plight #203, DC-8 jet service, at 2:30 Pome Atrive in Mev York, JFK Int'l] Terminal at 4:45 PeM. on Mareh 10, Clear U.S. customs and inmizration. ’ Members should mke their own arrangements in ‘advance for homeward travel from JFK the evening of March 10. .
