INTLRASLL SECURITY - MISCELLANEOUS ftated tmat the Draft Resistance Union of Memphis (DRUM), which he said sis an outgrowth of the Peace Caravan, 1969, sporsored by the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), Memphis, would told a peace vigil sponsored by DRUM in front of the First National Bank, Main Office, 165 Madison Avenue, Memprig, Tennessee, at noon on Wedresday, August 20, 1969, to protest United States policy in Vietnam, to demand the witnhdratval of all United Stetes troops in Vietnam, and to protest the Selective Service Act of 1948, as amended. Beginning st s&pproximately noon on August 20, 1969, Special Agents of the Federal Buresu of Investigation and repre- Sentatives of the Intelligence Bureau, Memphis Police Department, observed the above-described demonstration.
