The PBC is an ad hoc group reportedly
comprised of members in the American
Frbnds Service Committee (AFSC), Minnesota
Clergy and Laymen Concerned (HCALC), Honey~
well Project, and Vietnam Veterans Against
the War (VVAW). .

The AFSC is @ pacifist anti-war organization.
The MCALC was incorporated in February
‘ of 1968 in the State of Minnesota, Its
purpose is to promote responsible action
of clergymen and lay citizens directed
to bringing the Vietnam War to a sane and
peaceful end and toward the eradication
of those conditions which obstruct world
peace, Its local office, a branch,of the
National Ofganization, Clergy and Laymen
Concerned About Vietnam, is located in
Room 320 of the Minnesota Church Center,
122 West Franklin, Minneapolis, Minnesota,
The MCALC maintains a staff of approx~
‘imately four half-time workers and a
corps of about twenty volunteer workers, .
_ Main activities include providing
