Co advised that the computer's hard drive was mirrored and CES technicians worked on the mirrored drive for the next several days troubleshooting the rious problems in order to get the operating system operational. advised IVINS's was contacted telephonically and advised that CES had a solution to the problem and IVINS was advised of the estimated cost needed to fix his hard drive. IVINS indicated he did not want to pay that amount for the fix i paid for the diagnostic services that CES had provided. esi sed that the mirrored hard drive at CES has since been recycled and no longer exists. searched CES business records and indicated there were no other records pertaini S other than the July 20, 2007, records mentioned Ppovee LS provided printouts, to include the CES technician notes, pertaining to the July 20, 2007, work order. agreed to contact writer should any additional work orders be placed by IVINS. Attached hereto and considered part of this document are the above mentioned CES records.
