IVINS recalled that sample #22 “Ames a had originated from a box containing samples. IVINS could not find the box and said that the walk-in cold room had been recently cleaned up. The samples, which had previously been placed in individual ziploc-type bags, were taken from the cold-room to the airlock of Suite B3. The bags containing the samples were wiped down with a bleach solution and placed in a container for transport by SA of the Washington Field Office and HMO of the Laboratory Division, Hazardous Materials Response Unit, watching from the other side of the Suite B3 airlock. omen ~1 QO
